5:01 Roman numerals cards
The Roman numerals for numbers 1 to 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900,and 1000 are recorded on individual cards.
5:02 Fraction cards
Fraction cards for halves, quarters, eighths, fifths and tenths could be used for recognition and ordering. A card with the numeral 1 is also shown.
5:03 Fraction cards
Fraction cards for thirds, sixths, twelfths and hundredths could be used for recognition and ordering. A card with the numeral 1 is also shown.
5:04 Decimal cards
Decimal cards are set out in three columns; the first with numbers to one decimal place, the second with numbers to two decimal places and the third with numbers to three decimal places eg. 0.1, 0.01 and 0.001. These cards could be superimposed on each other to make other decimal numbers eg. 0.11 or 0.111. All numbers are recorded in the pattern from 0.0, 0.00, 0.000 to 0.4, 0.04, 0.004.

5:06 Decimal place value cards
Numbers 0 to 9 and the greater and less than symbols are shown on individual cards together with three place value rows containing ones, tenths, hundredths and thousandths. The number cards could be placed along the rows to make decimal numbers.
5:07 3D shapes cards
Sixteen 3D shapes (cube, sphere, cone, cylinder, prisms and pyramids) are drawn in individual cards. Four everyday objects are also shown. These cards could be used for grouping, identification and matching to 3D object name cards.
5:08 3D shapes, name cards
The word names of the cube, sphere cone, cylinder, six prism and six pyramid types, the words prism, pyramid, apex and base are written on individual cards and could be matched to the pictures of these objects on the 3D shapes cards page.
5:09 2D shapes cards
Diagrams of a square, rectangle, circle, oval, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, hexagon, octagon,pentagon, kite, decagon, six types of triangles and three irregular shapes are drawn on individual cards.
5:10 2D shapes, name cards
The names of the 2D shapes, square, rectangle, circle, oval, trapezium, rhombus, parallelogram, hexagon, octagon,pentagon, kite, decagon, and four types of triangles and the words quadrilateral, polygon, regular shapes and irregular shapes are written on individual cards.
5:11 Angle cards
The angle names (acute, right, obtuse, reflex, straight and revolution), a picture of each, the degree description for each each type and a protractor are shown on cards.
5:12 Shapes around the clock
A game and discussion board has 2D and 3D shapes placed around a clock face for identification.
5:13 Around the clock: chance game
This chance game uses a clock face and 2 dice which are rolled 20 times. Each roll is totalled and a shape or object at the total is coloured. An estimate of the number of shapes and objects not coloured is made.
5:14 Sliding nets
Cards are made from nets and are used in games described on the page or made up by the players.
5:15 Game spinners and dice stickers
Number, colour and blank spinners of varying shape and with different numbers of divisions and dice sticker suggestions are provided for copying and using in games.
